After receiving a new vaccination at a supported doctor's office, the practice can directly transmit the official digital certificate to the user's ImpfPassDE app. The user receives a notification and must confirm the import of this new data into their personal record. This workflow ensures that the ImpfPassDE portfolio is automatically updated in real-time, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the risk of errors. The newly added certificate is immediately available for viewing and sharing.

Generating Personalized Vaccination Recommendations

ImpfPassDE analyzes a user’s stored health data, including age and pre-existing medical conditions, to generate a tailored vaccination plan. Users first ensure their profile information is complete and accurate within the app. Based on this data and the official STIKO (Standing Committee on Vaccination) guidelines, ImpfPassDE then highlights which vaccinations are recommended, which are overdue, and which are upcoming. With an ImpfPassDE Plus subscription, users can create and manage separate profiles for family members within a single account. This allows parents to track their children's immunization schedules, receive reminder notifications for each family member, and ensure everyone receives timely, age-appropriate vaccinations. All data remains securely encrypted and separate within the unified ImpfPassDE interface.
